Rebuild Credit Statistics

The Rebuild Credit Statistics option will update all of the credit statistics for each customer. The credit statistics are used in Customer Credit.

1. When you first enter the Rebuild Credit Statistics the following message will appear: "This process recalculates customer credit statistics. Continue? No/Yes."

• Select no to exit the Rebuild Credit Statistics option.
• Select yes and the system will recalculate the following credit statistics for all customers:
  • High credit amount and date
  • Average days to pay, lowest number of days to pay, and date
  • Average days to pay, highest number of days to pay, and the date
  • Average invoice amount
  • Current open balance.

Note: The Rebuild Credit Statistics option can be run during the Close End of Day process. The credit statistics calculation can be set to exclude information on customers based on the Credit Statistics (after a year of no orders) in Retention Options.
